We are an industrial aerosol filler, we primarily fill paints, oils and lubricants. The machine was installed and verified in October 2008.

• Aerosol leak tester detects micro leaks lower than 0.001mg/s, to meet ADR 2007

• Machine detects propellant gases like R134A, propane/butane, LPG, DME or other hydrocarbons.

• Machine may detect leaks in cans for carbon dioxide and other gases when hydrocarbons are present in product

• Machine uses an analytical flame ionisation detection system

• Machines can run at up to 500 cans per minute

• Adjustable micro leak reject threshold
