LMA
has single and double index rotary filling equipment to give
maximum flexibility combined with processing speed. We undertake
short and large runs of products, including difficult items. We
consider all options.

The
Services that we provide are tailored to suit the service that the
customer wants.
In
2005 we added another new aerosol filling line to increase our
flexibility and significantly reduce the time taken for longer
runs. Allowing us to be equally capable 50,000 runs as 1200 runs.
As
a part of the increased space required for this development we
added another site to our production facility, giving us a
dedicated screen printing and container storage facility.
Filling
LMA
Services Ltd is familiar with filling a very wide range of
products from cleaners to paints and most things between, in sizes
from 150ml to 750ml. An overview of products is shown in the Industrial Products

sections. There are hundreds of specialist products not listed.
Principally
manufacturers of industrial or agricultural aerosols we will give
a quick response to any questions and attempt to reply to all
queries.
We
stock a selection of valves and valve systems, male female and 360
degree valves. High output and inverted valves.
As
mentioned in earlier pages we are pleased to fill supplied
products or "in house" products. Some customers prefer
to send solid components and ask us to put them in a solvent. We
will do whatever we can to fulfil your requirements - just ask.

Control
LMA Services Ltd is committed to providing products
of the highest quality and does this through an outstanding
integrated Quality Management System.
Quality and traceability procedures for components
and finished products are in place, observed and regularly audited
at every stage of our manufacturing process. Components and
finished products are continually checked for accuracy to
specification, quality, packing standards, regulatory compliance
and safety.
Regulation and Environment.
LMA Services Ltd is fully committed to meeting
regulatory requirements as they change. Additionally, LMA seeks to
understand the regulations and work with the regulators to ensure
that our compliance is at the fore-front of those regulations and
as future-proofed as possible.
This further ensures the long-term compliance of
your products.
Our Quality Management System is an integral part
of being able to verify and validate the standards and compliance
of all products and requires certification of components and
verification by inspection of suppliers’ Quality Systems.
REACH – LMA is working with suppliers and
customers to ensure that the requirements under REACH and fully
met. This is an on-going process and LMA is confident our
suppliers will be fully REACH compliant by required dates. LMA is
a down-stream user and is actively fulfilling our obligations as
such.
LMA Services Ltd engages fully with our
environmental obligations and believes in leaving the environment
undamaged by our actions. We work hard to protect our locality,
minimize waste, recycle where possible and dispose of waste in an
approved manner.

Development and Samples
LMA Services Ltd has extensive experience of all
types of industrial aerosol products and has an experienced
Technical Department dedicated to developing new products and
improving existing products.
Requested samples really do come in all shapes and
sizes, from requests to reproduce existing products (where a
sample is matched) to developing a product from an idea.

Printing,
Design and Presentation
We
offer a complete range of print solutions. With our artwork and
design capabilities we are able to perfect container presentation
in line with volume and colour requirements.
We
source per-printed (lithographic) containers or offer a 1-2 or 3
colour screen printing capability in-house. We have post-filling
label application facility, also in-house.
In-house
screen print is an ideal solution for short runs (600-10,000),
depending upon the colours required. Where 3 or more colours are
required with fine registration labelling is a very cost-effective
alternative.
The
quality of reproduction is higher for manufacturer printed
material, but with volume requirements of 30-50,000 units per
design, these are a significant investment.
For
companies with a range of products, a litho-printed generic design
with a single colour “generic” screen print represents the
best of both worlds.
Naturally
each one of these processes has its good and bad points, usually
associated with cost and volume. We are pleased to advise the most
appropriate method based on design, volume colours and any other
variables.
Aerosol
Containers
We
hold stocks of 150 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml, 300ml, 400 ml,450 ml, 500
ml, 600ml and 750ml tinplate containers and aluminium containers.
If a requirement is for a different container or specification we
will source it.
We
are similarly flexible with valve specifications and caps. We will
always advise the most suitable direction if asked.
Goods
manufactured are packed into cardboard boxes as we find that these
offer the most protection to the aerosols during transport.
